Etimex is changing the state of technology with precision plastic parts and rubber moulded items, thus achieving additional functionality in lighter vehicles, the precise transport of air and water in home appliances, and much more. We are specialists in blow moulding and injection moulding (or a combination of the two), 3D blow moulding, hollow body injection moulding, rubber injection moulding, multi-component injection moulding and the further processing of injection moulded parts in the clean room. As co-developers, we implement complex production processes and set standards in the automation of component assembly. For over 160 years, we have acted quickly and flexibly in the areas of mobility, home appliances, medical technologies and thermal technologies.

Erhard Krauss
CEO
Since 2023, Erhard Krauss has been CEO at Etimex Technical Components GmbH, with the aim of continuing the company's success. After graduating from the Technical University of Munich with a degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering, Erhard Krauss has worked as head of production engineering in the aerospace industry. Through various international positions as plant manager at Faurecia and later CEO in the automotive supply industry, COO at power tools (Metabo), as CEO in the plastics/electronics (Possehl) and packaging (Linhardt) industries, he has always successfully promoted a culture of trust and goal focus in the companies.

Jürgen Groß

Jürgen Groß has been Chief Financial Officer of the Etimex Group since 2017. He joined the company back in 2007 and was initially for many years responsible for the commercial aspects of the Packaging division. Following his studies in business administration, he acquired his professional experience in various commercial functions in medium-sized industrial companies as well as in corporate structures.

Stefan Hotzel
CSMO
Stefan Hotzel has more than twenty years' experience in the automotive industry. After graduating from the TU of Darmstadt (mechanical engineering) and working at McKinsey, he started 1997 his professional career at the Swiss automotive supplier Autoneum (former Rieter Automotive) as a Project Manager and later on as the Key Account Manager for the major German automotive OEM accounts. 2005 he continued his journey in the headquarters as Corporate Strategy Manager and Head of Corporate Marketing & Communications.
Starting as Vice President Sales, Marketing and Programs at the global automotive supplier SaarGummi in 2013, he switched to lead the Sales and Business Development activities globally for all European customers after five years.

Dirk Montan
CTO
Dirk Montan has been a member of the management board since 2021 and, as CTO, has overall responsibility for the technological advancement of the Etimex Technical Components Group. After completing his studies in aerospace engineering, he held various senior research and development positions in the aerospace and automotive industries, where he established innovative technical solutions for plastics processes and products.

Petr Hrazdila
General Manager of CZECH Etimex s.r.o.
Petr Hrazdila studied at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics in Prague. He completed his studies in 2004 with excellent results and joined the Prague office of Ernst & Young. Petr Hrazdila has been with Etimex since 2007 and was initially responsible for controlling. Over the years he assumed responsibility for the entire supply chain and since 2015 he has been the General Manager of the Hranice plant.
